The 2009 issue comes in three languages: Armenian, Russian and English, and includes the locations and photos of more than 200 new buildings built over the past four years, including the Northern Avenue district. The map is double sided. The first side displays the new buildings in Yerevan's city center, and the other side displays the new buildings in Yerevan's suburbs. The base image of the map is a detailed and recent high-resolution satellite image.

The map is currently available at Yerevan's Noyan Tapan, Ani, Bookinist and Artbridge bookstores, and at Artbridge Cafe on Abovyan Street.
